Contemporary Crosshead

4" Contemporary Crosshead pictured with a 3-1/8" casing.

Simple, yet elegant.  That describes the contemporary crosshead.  The arched top and flared ends, with a slightly eased edge, provide a distinct appearance that is also affordable.  We can apply any of our Contemporary edge details that are available on our rosette and plinth blocks, see below, for a more dramatic look, or just to match up with those mouldings should you be utilizing them as well.  The base of the Contemporary crosshead should be about 1/2" longer than the distance from outside to outside of casings.  Pricing is for poplar, 1 inch thick, suitable for painting, unprimed.

Also available with a 1-1/4" thick base to accommodate 1" thick casings.

Length is indicated at the base of the crosshead.

Price will be pro-rated based on actual length of your crosshead.

Width is measured at the ends, taller sizes may be available.
