Pallet Wine Rack

The pallet wine rack, as shown above, has become a popular item as of late.  This one was made for our owner's daughter, by our owner's father, at her request.  The trouble is, it takes a certain type of pallet and finding one with quality slats can be a challenge.  With that in mind we decided to take it to another level.

The above wine rack is made from knotty alder, but we can make them in other materials such as cherry, poplar, oak, walnut, etc.  We cut scallops in the lower fascia to make it easier to load, and they also allow a fuller view of the label on the bottles.

The bottom "shelf" has round recesses at the back of the wine glass slots that allow the lower stem to drop into which secures the wine glass as well as allowing them to hang vertically with out any tilt.  In an effort to make staining/painting easier we secure the bottom shelf with brass grommets and screws so it can be removed prior to finishing.

On the back we cut a keyhole slot with access points for 16" as well as 24" centers so you can anchor to the wall studs for invisible mounting.  Screws will be provided with each wine rack.

The cost for our custom wine rack is $179 for alder, red oak, or poplar (for those who wish to paint).  If you would like one in a different material give a holler and we will be happy to quote.  Shipping will be additional and cost dependent upon destination.

If you prefer one made from an actual pallet we can provide it for just $129 plus shipping.  We select the best pallets, but condition of the materials can vary and tend to be a bit "rustic".  But then rustic is "in" as they say.
